About D'amy Fitness

 Dan & Amy both Qualified from Munster Technological University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Health, Sport and Exercise Sciences. Both have worked in the fitness industry (combined over 20 years of experience) while also coaching a multitude of classes over the years along with vast amounts of experience in personal training with every client imaginable from disabilities right through to elite athletes. They have acquired a wealth of education and knowledge to give to their clients. With this, we strive to help all our clients to help them towards whatever goals they may have in life.
